Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, technology, and product. You will work closely with product managers and engineers-championing strong product design, leading a team of talented designers, and shaping the future of complex enterprise and SaaS products. This is a hands-on leadership role , ideal for someone who can strategize at the 10,000-ft level but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as a key partner to product managers and engineering leads, co-owning product vision and execution. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3-5 product designers, helping them grow in their careers and craft. Oversee and guide design work across multiple teams and product streams. Drive product design from ideation through execution with a focus on solving real user problems. Advocate for strong product thinking-prioritizing problem definition before jumping into solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and peers. Bring clarity and direction in ambiguous situations, especially within enterprise and SaaS domains. Set the quality bar for design delivery while ensuring alignment with business and user goals.
What We’re Looking For:
5-10 years of experience in UX/Product Design with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Demonstrated success designing complex enterprise-grade or SaaS platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing a full case study from beginning to end (Problem to solution) Experience and ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and work across functions.
