You’ll alsobe given the freedom to help improve design processes, how we worktogether and how design speaks to and influences the rest of theorganization. This role will be mainly focused on the customerrepayments aspect of our mobile app, and you’ll be instrumental inhelping our customers understand and manage their repayments, seetheir past orders, manage their spending power and mostimportantly, feel in control of their finances. As part of thisrole you will also build on and contribute to our design systemlibrary and help improve our design team ops. Interesting problemsyou’ll get to solve
- Design clean, simple, and beautiful UI acrossour mobile app.
- Create flows and experiences that are simple,elegant, and delightful.
- Deliver well-documented andcomprehensive designs for seamless handoff.
- Take broad,conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable productsfor our millions of users.
- Give and solicit feedback from otherdesigners to continually raise our bar for quality across theentire team.
- Help shape our design team operations by evolvingrituals, tools, and processes to support cross-squad collaborationand high-velocity execution.
- Partner closely with PMs andengineers to balance usability, technical constraints, andspeed-to-market across iterative product releases.
- Liaise withcross-functional teams such as customer service, marketing, riskand compliance.
- Work on expanding our design system, building,refining, and documenting scalable components that promote designconsistency and engineering efficiency.
- Run user interviews,usability testing, and lightweight research experiments to informdesign decisions and validate concepts before launch. What you’llbring to the team
- A portfolio of interaction, UX and visualdesign work that demonstrates your ability to solve customerproblems and drive strong business outcomes.
- 5 years experiencedesigning at scale in interaction, product, or UX/UI design.
- Experience working on large scale financial consumer-experience appproducts (1m MAU’s).
- Experience working on complex experiencesthat support or integrate multiple distinct products or services(such as payments & budgeting, or a suite of integrated products).
- Deep technical Figma expertise, with the ability to employvariants, booleans, sophisticated prototyping and organizeeffectively for developer handoff.
- Strong user instincts – deepcuriosity for the “why” behind behaviors, and proficiency inmethods that generate actionable insights.
- Strong ability toinfluence roadmaps, navigate trade-offs, and drive technicalscoping in collaboration with PMs, engineers and businessstakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead lean experiments, use dataand hypothesis-driven design to validate outcomes, andcourse-correct quickly.
- Strong design advocacy skills and theability to turn insights and design thinking into thoughtful andcompelling narratives.
- Excellent communications skills. You areaccomplished at conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasivelyto a variety of audiences from peers to executives – both verballyand in writing.
- Experience designing within and scaling amodular, tokenized design system across squads, with a passion forcraft and consistency.
- The ability to prioritize competingpriorities in a fast-paced environment.

The actual base salary will be determined by variousindividualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills,experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objectivebusiness considerations. The annual base Pay Range for thisposition is $134,000 – $140,000 This range reflects our US nationalcompensation (USN). Additional premium percentages may apply basedon our tiered premium strategy. Subject to those sameconsiderations, the total compensation package for this positionmay also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equityawards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/orother benefits. If hired, employees will be in an at-will positionand the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as wellas any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefitprogram) at any time, including for reasons related to individualperformance, Company or individual department/team performance, andmarket factors.
