Hiring:
Packaging Artwork Coordinator Pay:
$40,000 – $60,000 per year
Schedule:
Full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional in-person meetings at our Philadelphia office

WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Project Management:
Lead the charge on packaging artwork timelines and approvals-your coordination keeps us on schedule.
Artwork Review:
Proof every detail, from typography and legal copy to brand compliance and print readiness.
Production Partnering:
Collaborate with external vendors to get the perfect color, layout, and finish across multiple substrates and printing methods.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all artwork meets CPSC, FPLA, FDA, and retail-ready standards. You’ll be the final gatekeeper before go-live.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s in graphic design, packaging engineering, print production, or a related field 3+ years of experience in packaging artwork coordination and print production Experience managing vendor relationships and working with external packaging suppliers Strong grasp of printing methods (flexo, digital, gravure, IML, etc.) Proficiency in color management and Pantone matching Excel expertise for tracking and version control
