GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the MEC-Mechatronics department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following. Develop and teach Industrial Maintenance and Electrical curricula courses
Demonstrate lab techniques involved and provide assistance to students in the performance of curriculum-based student
labs
Provide-apply safe work habits-practices and rules in all IMT lab areas
Assist in curriculum development and revision
Prepare and present material at a pace that will foster student understanding and will, at the same time, permit coverage of vital concepts
Participate in recruitment of students, and academically advise students
Maintain competence through continuous professional development
Meet deadlines for record keeping and maintain scheduled office hours
Follow guidelines set forth in the part time faculty manual

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
An associate degree with a major in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, industrial technology, or a related field and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline obtained through relevant work experience
