About Us:

Sabrina Rose Interiors is a luxury interior design firm known for delivering highly personalized, visually stunning spaces. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Part-Time Procurement Specialist to support our fast-paced team in sourcing and managing the materials that bring our designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, furnishings, and finishes across multiple projects. Maintain and nurture relationships with key vendors, showrooms, and industry suppliers. Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and timelines. Track orders, coordinate logistics, and manage deliveries to ensure timely execution. Oversee and report on inventory management and material arrivals. Collaborate with the design team to acquire high-quality, approved materials for each project. Lead the purchasing process by centralizing approvals and confirming that all specifications are accurate before placing orders. Work closely with the Director of Operations and design team for scheduling, logistics, and approval coordination. Serve as a liaison between the accounting, warehouse, and procurement teams for timelines, invoicing, returns, and delivery accuracy.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing within a design, architecture, or product-based industry. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with design materials, vendor processes, and furniture specifications is a plus. Comfort working in spreadsheets and managing tasks across email and shared documents. Experience with account management, billing, or invoicing is a strong plus.

Compensation:

Hourly compensation is based on experience. Please include your desired hourly rate or salary range in your application.
