Role:
As a Kitchen and Bath Designer at Allied, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and an in-house team of seasoned professionals to turn visions into reality – from concept to completion. This position requires a solid mix of design creativity, sales expertise, construction knowledge, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to assess needs, preferences, and budgets Develop and present design concepts using industry-standard software Select materials and finishes aligned with project goals Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and fellow designers to ensure seamless execution Build relationships and drive sales through excellent customer service and collaboration
Requirements:
Proven experience in kitchen and bath design, including sales and construction Proficiency with design tools (e.g., 2020 Design, AutoCAD) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills A team player with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Why Allied?
