Job Description
Cabinet Design Associate / Experienced Building Materials Outlet 5316 North Davis Highway, Pensacola, FL 32503 Building Materials Outlet is a Small Family business looking for a dedicated and reliable person to work in our cabinet design and sales department. Prior experience in cabinet layout design is beneficial but training can be supplied for anyone willing to learn. BMO is a building supply store so general knowledge on construction and interior design is helpful, but above all else being personable with customers as well as other team members is a must. Responsibilities
- Assisting customers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Design and quote cabinet to customer specs
- Assist sales team in gaining knowledge of Kitchen and Bath products
- Inventory of in-stock cabinets
- Pricing vendor products properly Qualifications
- Experience with Excel
- Understanding of color theory and interior design principles
- Layout design and project management
- Familiarity with renovation, construction, and remodeling processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license for potential travel requirements
