This versatile role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-end residential projects while supporting various aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on diverse responsibilities as our business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order, organize and pull samples to showcase to clients
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and trade professionals
- Maintain project documentation and design libraries
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, coordination with contractors/vendors and file management
- Additional duties as assigned based on evolving business needs
- Support project timelines and assist in tracking design deliverables

Project Manager Qualifications:
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a close-knit, family-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Minimum 1 year experience working at an Interior Design firm
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Valid driver’s license required/car insurance for personal and company vehicles
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in both office and field environments
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay $18-$22 Full Time Paid time off

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
