Design Leadership:

Oversee projects from concept to installation, ensuring every detail is intentional and aligns with our clients’ goals.

Client Engagement:

Be the primary point of contact, transforming ideas into beautiful, functional realities.

Project Management:

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the design team to keep projects on track.

Material & Finish Selection:

Source and specify furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that bring designs to life.

Team Collaboration:

Mentor junior designers and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Quality Assurance:

Experience:

3+ years in a lead design role, specializing in high-end residential or commercial interiors.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.

Leadership Ability:

A strong communicator who can manage teams, mentor designers, and collaborate with vendors and contractors.

Client-Focused:

You understand that great design starts with listening and bringing a client’s vision to life.

Detail-Oriented:

A keen eye for color, texture, and composition, ensuring flawless execution.
