Experienced Kitchen Designer YKB Store Miami, FL 33176 Beautiful showroom offering major appliances, kitchen cabinetry, quartz countertops, vanities, closets, outdoor BBQ, and plumbing fixtures. Various kitchen and bathroom vignettes on display. Authorized dealers for most medium to high end major manufacturers in the Kitchen & Bath industry. As a Kitchen Designer you will: Be proficient with 2020 Design and have a history in kitchen design. Take precise measurements in the field to avoid mistakes while executing orders. Partner with other employees to ensure customers’ end-to-end needs for are met, be a good team player. Be able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Generate new leads and create relationships with customers to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions and be able to close the deal. Have intermediate to extensive product knowledge, sales skills and supplier knowledge. Apply product knowledge and industry knowledge to each customer interaction. Follow up with customers, designers, vendors and contractors to confirm delivery and answer questions. Apply understanding of design and construction to ensure customer orders are correct to specification. Must be able to apply basic measurement techniques and knowledge of complex Built-In Appliances. Attend vendor offered product training to remain current and updated on products, industry trends, etc., to better satisfy customers and support fellow sales team members. Have general computer skills, communications skills (Fluent oral and written English), negotiation skills, an understanding of Quickbooks with good organization/time management habits.
