We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer / CAD Drafter with a hospitality design background to join our team in Miami.

Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating and developing the design with principal and other team members;
Proficient with AutoCAD software to create detailed designs and drawings such as plans, elevations, and details;
Work from rough sketches and specifications given by principal and team members.

Minimum Requirements:

BA in Interior Design or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality design
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD required
Knowledge of FF&E Specifications
Ability to work independently and as well as within a team
Experience with 3DS Max V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Must be a self-starter and eager to participate in all aspect of design process

Salary Range:

 $50,000-60,000 depending on skills and experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the
