We are currently seeking an Interior Designer to work closely with our internal team on a variety of exciting projects. Position Summary We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish), creative, and highly organized Interior Designer to join our team. Unlike typical design firms, this position focuses on collaborating with one primary internal client to execute design visions across multiple company properties and projects. This role requires excellent design skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage multiple internal design initiatives simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the internal project owner(s) to understand and execute design objectives. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space plans based on internal needs. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations. Source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories. Oversee project installations and ensure adherence to design plans. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues. Research and recommend innovative products and materials for projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial projects). Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. In-depth knowledge of materials, furnishings, and construction methods. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Portfolio of completed projects must be provided. Preferred NCIDQ certification is a plus. LEED accreditation is a plus.
