Interior Designer/Project Manager

NAR DESIGN STUDIO 1001

Brickell Bay Drive, Miami, FL 33131 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Miami. Minimum requirement 3 years of experience in the interior design industry and be proficient in project coordination, CAD drafting, and general administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills in English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Visits job sites to oversee ongoing projects and report to senior designers. Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Prepare and maintain design documentation, including CAD drawings, and other design-related files. Support senior designers in creating design presentations, utilizing PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for reports, schedules, and budgets. Provide administrative support, including filing, scheduling meetings, and organizing project details. Ensure that all design and project documents are accurate and up-to-date. Assist with sourcing and purchasing materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the interior design field. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Sketchup, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Punctual and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines. Knowledge of current interior design trends, materials, and construction practices is a plus. A degree in Interior Design.

This position is in Miami, FL, and requires in-person work at the office.
