The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Kitchen Designer/Project Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. This individual will manage kitchen design projects from concept to completion. The ideal Kitchen Designer/Estimator will have a strong passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces for the retail and multifamily market. This role will report to the Customer Service Manager and be based in our midtown Miami office.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret builder plans, architectural drawings, and blueprints. Estimate project costs and timelines accurately. Design kitchen cabinet layouts using design software such as Winner, 2020, and CAD (training provided if necessary). Manage and track project orders and data entry, including updates and changes, with meticulous follow-up to ensure timely completion. Provide administrative support including preparing client presentation materials and ensuring key project milestones are met. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all projects adhere to established workflows and frameworks.

Qualifications:

Background or experience in Kitchen Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred. Strong understanding of file management, organizational procedures, and administrative processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Able to manage multiple deadlines with a calm and efficient approach.
