We are seeking a talented, polished, and client-focused Interior Designer to join our high-touch team. You will play a key role in creating stunning residential spaces while offering a seamless experience for discerning clients. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations to understand clients’ aesthetic, lifestyle, and functional needs Develop and present elevated design proposals using CAD software, mood boards, and layout plans Source, curate, and present swatches, samples, and finishes at our design office Educate clients on product options, quality, and pricing — always with an eye for timeless design and tailored elegance Take and manage furniture and decor orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering white-glove service throughout the design process Oversee project timelines and collaborate with vendors and trades as needed to ensure excellence in execution Maintain deep knowledge of our product lines and offerings, including exclusive trade discounts Qualifications 3+ years of interior design experience (luxury residential preferred) Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) Strong aesthetic sensibility and a refined eye for detail Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills — poised, articulate, confident Experience working with high-net-worth clients Ability to manage multiple projects with grace and efficiency Comfort with traveling to clients’ homes throughout Central Florida Confident presenting proposals and guiding clients through purchasing decisions with professionalism and grace Comfortable recommending products and closing sales in a consultative, service-oriented manner Kindly submit your interest along with a portfolio, if available, for our review.
