MUST BE VERY DETAIL ORIENTED
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint Proficient in AutoCAD sketch up and render is preferred not mandatory Prepare and file purchase orders, invoices and balance due sheets Prepare and send detailed invoices and quotations to clients Handle all payments to vendors and keep track of all materials sourced Update digital and physical records to properly keep track of all invoices and pending orders Assist on job sites- take notes, measurements and all necessary information Familiar with construction and all Residential Design Services Responsible for organizing and maintaining client files and books Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be detail-oriented and organized Responsible for updating and managing all social media accounts Know how to use
