Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and preferences for interior spaces. Develop design concepts that align with client objectives while adhering to budget constraints. Create detailed design plans using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and SketchUp. Prepare presentations and mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and oversee the implementation of designs. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for sourcing materials and furnishings. Provide expertise in lighting design and sales, ensuring optimal illumination for each space. Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation and collaboration with team members. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design offerings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, 3ds Max, and SketchUp. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in lighting design and sales is a plus. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
