The ideal candidate will assist our interior designers in various tasks related to project planning, design development, project management, and client communication. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about interior design to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Design Projects:

Assist interior designers in all phases of design projects, including conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and furniture procurement. 3

D Modeling:

Utilize computer-aided design (Sketchup) software to create 3D modeling under the guidance of senior designer. (Preferred)

Research and Product Sourcing:

Conduct research on design trends, materials, and furnishings. Assist in sourcing products, obtaining quotes, and maintaining supplier relationships.

Project Management:

Assist in project management tasks, including creating project schedules, tracking project milestones, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Project Documentation:

Maintain project documentation, including design specifications, material samples, project schedules, and client correspondence. Organize project files and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

Client Interaction:

Interact with clients to gather project requirements, present design concepts, and provide updates on project progress. Assist in preparing presentations and visual aids for client meetings. Assisting in

Site Visits:

Accompany senior designer on site visits to assess project requirements, take measurements, and collaborate with contractors and vendors.

Administrative Tasks:

Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and project budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field preferred. Proficiency in computer-aided design software, such as SketchUp. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Creativity and a passion for interior design. Previous experience or internships in interior design or related field is required.
