Interior Designer Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Interior Designer Michelle Erin Interiors Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785 • Hybrid work Interior design firm looking for part time designer and project manager in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Ideal schedule would be M/W/Th during daytime hours. Some work can be completed remotely, but travel would be needed for errands, client meetings, team meetings, etc.

Hours:

20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Work directly with lead designer on all project work including: 1.) Client design selections meetings. 2.) Data entry/project management. 3.) Client and vendor communication 4.) Errands that may include sample pickups, mailing, etc. 5.) Project ordering 6.) Project installation and styling assistance 7.) Prep for client meetings 8.) Creating and editing construction documents (AutoCAD/Sketchup)

Qualifications:

As we continue to get established in Tampa we’re looking for a team member who can learn quickly who is tech and design savvy. Professional communication skills required. Writing skills and spreadsheet experience preferred. Work experience as an office assistant or project manager, or in billing/invoicing, design, customer service, or event planning a plus. If you are very detail oriented this position may be a good fit for you. Sketchup, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Teams/Outlook experience preferred. We also use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Canva, and all Google programs (Slides, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.) daily – so any experience is a plus.
