We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer and Showroom Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Kitchen Designer who can work closely with customers in our showroom, create customized kitchen designs, and assist in sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, enjoys helping clients bring their visions to life, and is eager to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in the showroom and guide them through the design and selection process Create professional kitchen layouts and designs using design software (ProKitchen or 2020) Prepare detailed quotes and project proposals Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom environment Coordinate with the installation and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution Follow up with clients regarding designs, selections, and next steps

Requirements:

Experience in kitchen or bath design preferred Familiarity with kitchen design software (ProKitchen or 2020) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to read measurements and understand basic floor plans Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Schedule and Compensation:
