The ideal candidate will have an energetic outgoing personality and not intimidated making calls to existing cabinet retail distributors and remodeling contractors. Ideal candidate must have a good working knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry and design . Experience with kitchen remodel is necessary . Qualifications Strong organizational skills and is highly self-motivated Strong organization skills and the ability to complete work thoroughly within a given appointment time Outgoing driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills Experience within the dealer environment selling cabinetry Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of all working areas of a kitchen and bath projects Previous cabinetry knowledge as well as 20/20 design knowledge required Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent time management and punctuality; ability to meet regular deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Proficient in Microsoft, Windows, and CRM programs Strong problem-solving skills Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate channels Ability to operate standard professional office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, fax machines Familiarity of Company products Insight into cabinetry and door manufacturing and installation Comprehension of cabinetry and door sales process High energy in demonstrating passion for the customer What do you need? At least 1 year of related sales experience B2B sales experience 20/20 Design Knowledge(must) Proficient in English and Spanish This is a Monday through Friday base salary plus commission position. Other There will be a one-month training period. Upon completion of training, the Kitchen and Bath Designer is expected to perform job duties with minimal supervision. The salary includes a base salary and a commission rate of 3% of sales.
