Interior Design & Real Estate Client Recruiter Archambault Interiors 140 West Washington Street, Madison, GA 30650 Join our Full-Service Interior Design Firm in Madison, Georgia as a Recruitment Specialist responsible for attracting Interior Design clients. This position offers a commission-based payment structure , starting at 10% of the initial retainer (equivalent to a $1,000 commission based on our standard $10,000 retainer), paid upon the client’s signed contract and retainer payment with our firm. The Recruitment Specialist will develop marketing strategies aligned with our branding to recruit design clients. Recruitment Specialist will need to undergo training on our company and design processes. Flexible working hours are available. Once training is complete this position is a work-from-home position. Local to Madison, Ga / Lake Oconee Greensboro, Ga is required.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should have a background in sales or marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for Interior Design. Access to internet and a computer is required.
