Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, or similar tools. Strong knowledge of remodeling processes and project management principles. Experience in budgeting for projects and managing costs effectively. Excellent skills in lighting design to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces.
