compensation:
Going rate. I have two small bathrooms that need new glue-down LVP on top of the existing LVP. Existing floors are in perfect condition, new construction, but the color is just not right and they have to be replaced. This includes popping off some trim then putting same back on, and probably removing the toilets, but not necessarily. I will have all the materials so I expect you should be able to be in and out same day, or an easy weekend job. If you are looking for additional misc work like this, I have a bunch. Can you do misc carpentry and drywall repairs ? Im away right now, but will return for last week in March+ April and can send some pic’s then.
