Interior Design & Selections Coordinator (Full-Time | Marketing Department | Logan Homes)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Logan Homes is seeking a full-time Interior Design & Selections Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. This role blends interior design with builder marketing, working closely across teams to ensure our homes, communities, models, and sales centers reflect the Logan Homes brand, both inside and out. The Interior Design & Selections Coordinator will manage design packages for spec and presale homes, coordinate interior and exterior selections, assist with model home and sales center design, and support marketing-related design projects as needed. This position plays a key role in ensuring our product is market-ready, visually consistent, and aligned with Logan Homes’ brand standards. This is a unique opportunity for a creative, highly organized design professional who thrives in a collaborative marketing-driven environment within the homebuilding industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and update curated design packages for new home construction (spec and presale homes). Coordinate home selections, color schemes, material choices, and exterior schemes for new home starts. Support sales center and model home design, staging, and visual merchandising. Collaborate with the Marketing team on community launches, signage, sales collateral, photography prep, events, and content creation as needed. Ensure all design selections comply with ARB, architectural, and community design standards. Work directly with Sales, Construction, and Purchasing teams to ensure accurate selections and option availability. Maintain internal design libraries, samples, and color boards. Serve as the primary point of contact for all design-related coordination under the Marketing Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent homebuilding design experience). 2+ years of design experience, ideally in production homebuilding, sales center design, or builder marketing. Strong organizational and project management skills. Confident making independent design decisions that align with brand standards. Ability to read floor plans, elevations, and architectural drawings. Professional communication skills across multiple departments. Familiarity with ARB/HOA processes and new home design standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of design platforms (Canva, SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) a plus.

COMPENSATION

Full-Time, Salaried Position Salary Range:

$48,000 – $58,000 annually (depending on experience) Paid Time Off +
