As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Interior Designer with an established book of business to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Senior Interior Designer with a strong portfolio and an established book of business in the Charlotte area. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-end design projects from concept to completion. This role requires someone with excellent client relationships, leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional spaces that align with our clients’ unique visions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of design and satisfaction. Utilize your established network and book of business to generate new project opportunities, fostering relationships with new and existing clients. Manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism, delivering excellent service and attention to detail. Oversee design presentations, material selections, and mood boards to bring client visions to life. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of design projects within budget and timeline. Collaborate with other designers and team members throughout the design process and client interactions for project realization. Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technologies, ensuring that designs remain fresh, innovative, and in line with current design standards. Manage project documentation, contracts, and client communications with a high degree of organization. Periodically help maintain a strong presence on the retail showroom floor, engaging with walk-in clients, providing design consultations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through expert product knowledge and personalized service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of professional interior design experience with a proven track record of working on high-end residential and/or commercial projects Established book of business and a strong network within the Charlotte design community Physical demands and work environment: • Lift /

Must lift up to 10 lbs. frequently; up to 35 pounds occasionally; more weight requires help or team lifting. •
Standing/Walking/Sitting:
