Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer with a strong passion for sales to join our team in Denver, NC. This role is perfect for a creative, driven individual who excels at both designing stunning spaces and actively bringing in new business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and is eager to pursue and secure new sales opportunities beyond showroom traffic. This position also requires hands-on project management, ensuring each project is executed to meet the client’s vision from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen and bath remodels. Develop and present creative, functional, and visually appealing designs using 2020 Design software. Guide clients through material selections, finishes, and layout options. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and community engagement. Convert leads into sales by presenting compelling design solutions and clearly explaining the value of our services. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring the design vision is executed accurately and to the client’s satisfaction. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of designs. Conduct site visits and follow-ups throughout the project to maintain quality control and address any client concerns. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in kitchen and bath design AND sales (minimum 2 years preferred). Proficiency in 2020 Design software is
