Interior Design assistant/ runner Laura Redd Interiors Greensboro, NC 27408 Interior Design Assistant and runner for projects. This is a part-time position . Work with experienced interior designers on design and remodeling projects. We are a residential design firm 3-5 years experience working with clients in the residential design field Have an understanding of remodeling Work well with a team or individually Placing orders, tracking orders, delivery to job sites, work with contractors on remodeling projects You will need high energy, a positive attitude, great problem solving skills and a professional look and disposition. This is a super fun job if you love to be active and do something different everyday. You will be visiting job sites, picking up and returning products needed for an interior design/ remodeling project. Checking products in and out as they arrive to the office and warehouse, create returns and take to ups or fed ex. A car that can carry larger items is a plus. You should have a strong understanding of decorating, interior design, and remodeling. You should be a great researcher for new products, lights, furniture, and fabrics etc. Bring your excellance to the position. As you grow in the position, you will grow in responsibilities and compensation. You should be a good self starter, highly organized, great phone voice and the skill to effectively communicate professionally with clients. You will need to be detail oriented to be proficient at this position. Dress code is business casual, no tank tops, shorts, torn jeans and no flip flops. NOTE! You must have a reliable car and be able to drive for this position.
