Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Salesperson to join our team. In this dual role, you will combine your passion for design with your ability to build strong client relationships to deliver custom solutions that meet clients’ needs. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final installation, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations:

Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide expert advice on design options and materials.

Sales:

Actively generate and follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and manage the sales pipeline. Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Design Solutions:

Create and present design concepts tailored to clients’ specifications. Use design software to produce drawings, 3D renderings, and product selections.

Project Management:

Oversee the entire design and sales process, from the first meeting through project completion. Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of products and services.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the installation and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and sales techniques. Understand and communicate product features, benefits, and sustainability options.

Client Service:

Provide excellent after-sales support and address any post-installation concerns, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Proven experience in sales and design, preferably in home improvement, interior design, or a similar industry.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in design software such as 20/20, Pro-Kitchen, or other relevant tools.

Sales Acumen:

Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Design Expertise:

Creative eye with the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints in design solutions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Project Management:

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Customer Focus:

Commitment to delivering outstanding client service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Team Player:

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly design options. Strong Sales background Certification in interior design or a related field. Familiarity with CRM systems for managing sales processes.
