Kitchen Cabinet Designer and Sales New England Cabinet Co. Sandown, NH 03873 • Hybrid work Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and sales and a strong understanding of kitchen functionality, aesthetics, and customer needs. This role involves collaborating with clients to create innovative kitchen layouts that align with their vision while ensuring practicality and efficiency. The Kitchen Designer will utilize various design software and tools to bring concepts to life, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. Duties Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen design preferences, needs, and budget constraints. Create detailed kitchen designs using software such as 2020 Design Live Develop designs that enhance the functionality and ambiance of the kitchen space. Prepare accurate project budgets and timelines to ensure projects remain on track. Manage the sales process from initial consultation through contract negotiations to project completion. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of designs. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions. Create sales leads and utilize a CRM to keep in touch with leads Qualifications Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software including 2020 Design Live Strong knowledge of design principles and sales techniques. Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage project costs effectively. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
