Kitchen Designer/Sales Accent on Kitchens 112 Lafayette Road, North Hampton, NH 03862
SUMMARY:
Accent on Kitchens is looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bath designer to join our seacoast design center. This role includes Planning and designs of kitchens and bathrooms for savvy homeowners and builders. Manages entire kitchen and bathroom design process from site measurement, 2D / 3D rendering, consulting and selling. This position also requires you to be the liaison between customer and installation crew and must have clear communication skills to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Candidate must possess a positive mindset, strong organization skills and be self motivated to excel within the organization. 20/20 or Chief Architect experience is a plus!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following but not limited to:
- Consult with clients and manage leads provided to you.
- Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their request efficiently and accurately.
- Present a professional appearance and abide by general guidelines.
- Works with customers to understand needs / wants and provides top-notch and timely customer service.
- Takes accurate site measurements of kitchen and bathroom spaces.
- Designs functional, comfortable kitchens and bathrooms to client spec.
- Creates accurate orders that lead to minimal to no errors or re-work.
- Manages kitchen and bathroom contractors to provide customers with seamless point of service.
- Develops and manages leads by calling on existing customer base and making sales calls to builders, General contractors and developers to build sales pipeline.
- Has strong organization and time-management skills.
Must have a good working knowledge of all product lines (Stock Cabinets and Custom)
COMPENSATION
Salary and Commission based on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of design experience in the residential marketplace (Kitchen & Bath Design)
- Proficiency with K&B Software such as 20/20 or Chief Architect.
