Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their design requirements and preferences through consultations. Develop and present design concepts that align with client visions while adhering to budget constraints. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to offer innovative solutions. Assist in the selection of tile materials Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs. Proven sales abilities, with experience in upselling products or services based on client requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions and presentations. Creative problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in design aesthetics.
