In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients’ kitchen visions into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert guidance throughout the design process. Your ability to effectively communicate and sell your ideas will be essential in creating beautiful kitchen spaces that enhance the overall functionality of their homes. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences.
• Create detailed layout designs that optimize space and functionality.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest trends and products in kitchen design.
• Engage in inside sales activities, presenting design concepts and product options to clients.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage accounts by maintaining ongoing communication with clients throughout the design process.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various kitchen products.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when processing payments for design services or products.
• Maintain an organized workspace, including managing stock levels of design materials and samples. Qualifications
• Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in 2020, and other design software.
• Excellent inside sales abilities, with a track record of successfully selling design concepts.
• Proficient in cash handling practices and financial transactions.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Experience in account management, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with product demos and showcasing features effectively is a plus.
• A passion for interior design and an understanding of current market trends.
