Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer Position Available In Knox, Tennessee

Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer Cabinet IQ of Knoxville Knoxville, TN 37924 Cabinet IQ of Knoxville is opening a state-of-the-art new showroom in the Knoxville area and are seeking a talented, detail-oriented and experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer with a background and deep understanding of cabinet and countertop design to join our team in the May – June 2025 timeframe. As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath designs for our clients. Responsibilities:

Actively pursue new business opportunities and qualify inbound leads. Manage and update CRM with contact details and notes. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers. Interpret client design requests and work with them to establish an initial budget. Conduct in-home consultations to measure, discuss preferences, and provide expert opinions. Design extraordinary solutions that champion Cabinet IQ products and services Deliver 100% accurate designs and proposals, promptly addressing purchasing concerns. Initiate cabinet and countertop orders, providing documentation to operations. Provide exceptional 5-star customer service through prompt responsiveness, clear communication, and a client-centric approach.

Requirements:

5 years experience in kitchen and bath design Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath remodeling trends and products Proficiency in design software specifically with Design 2020 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions Experience in account management and outside sales is a plus Exceptional customer service skills to maintain client relationships Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Full-time Pay:

highly competitive salary plus uncapped commissions, Target annual compensation between 50K-75K+ Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Uncapped commission
