With over 18 years of industry experience, we are proud to bring our expertise in kitchen and bath design and cabinetry wholesale to a brand-new location in Nashville. We offer an extensive range of products—from high-end German-made custom cabinetry to budget-friendly RTA (ready-to-assemble) cabinets—serving both homeowners and industry professionals. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Designer / Salesperson to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

Assist clients in designing functional and beautiful kitchen and bath spaces using our wide selection of cabinetry options. Guide customers through the selection process, offering knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their project needs and budgets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers. Prepare and present design proposals, quotes, and cabinet layouts. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth ordering and delivery processes. Stay up to date with industry trends, product lines, and design innovations.

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills. Industry knowledge in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry is preferred. Experience in sales or design is a plus, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Basic understanding of design software (like 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is helpful, but not mandatory. Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail.

$64,413.00 – $150,000.00 per year
