Overview The overview of the job is from patient intake until the discharge of the patient with the following duties and responsibilities detailed below: Responsibilities Requesting authorizations from insurance companies; and, Nurse, HHA and therapist note management including quality assurance of start of care, plan of care, recertifications, notes for nurses, home health aids, and therapist. Qualifications Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish (fluency is not required but communication in both is)
