Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spanish Interpreter to facilitate effective communication between Spanish-speaking individuals and English-speaking counterparts. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual abilities, enabling them to interpret and translate spoken language accurately in various settings. This role is essential for ensuring clear communication in healthcare, legal, and community environments. Duties Provide accurate interpretation services during meetings, appointments, and consultations. Translate spoken language in real-time, ensuring clarity and understanding for all parties involved. Assist in the preparation of documents by translating written materials as needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information. Collaborate with team members to enhance communication strategies and improve service delivery. Stay updated on industry terminology and best practices in interpretation and translation. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong understanding of linguistics and cultural nuances to provide contextually appropriate interpretations. Experience in interpreting or translating is preferred; familiarity with American Sign Language is a nice-to-have skill.
