Spanish Interpreter LATN Thomasville, GA LATN is currently seeking freelance •ONSITE•Spanish interpreters with at least one year of interpreting experience.
THIS IS NOT A FULL-TIME
POSITION-This is a freelance position with assignments available within flexible business hours, Monday through Friday.
Duties:
Provide interpreting services as an independent contractor in medical and social services structures. Comply with the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC) Code of Ethics and HIPAA regulations. Perform duties in a professional manner. Turn in client worksheets and invoice within 24 hours of appointment.
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate fluency in English and a 2nd language. Must have flexibility to accept assignments during weekdays and business hours. Professional demeanor and appearance. Awareness of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Able to comply with credentialing requirements for independent contractors working in healthcare facilities. Able to pass language proficiency and Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice test Must be punctual and responsible.
