New Orleans, Algiers Westbank Enrollment Center Job Summary The Enrollment Agent at the Idemia Enrollment Center is responsible for providing top-tier customer service while assisting individuals with enrollment in various identity verification services, including TWIC® cards, TSA PreCheck®, HazMat endorsements, and other related programs. This position seeks bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish to better serve a diverse customer base. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to strict compliance protocols, and excellent interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and courtesy. Collect and verify required documentation for enrollment services. Capture biometric data such as fingerprints and photographs accurately and efficiently. Operate enrollment systems and equipment following established protocols. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and Idemia policies. Input customer information accurately into the enrollment systems. Process payments securely and provide receipts to customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all customer data. Manage appointments and assist walk-in customers to optimize center operations. Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot minor technical issues. Report discrepancies or operational issues to the site manager promptly. Qualifications Proficient in English and Spanish for effective communication with diverse populations Experience in recruiting and working with students in an educational setting Strong public speaking skills to present information clearly Familiarity with Ellucian and education administration processes Background in academic advising and teaching at the university level Possession of a valid TWIC Card for secure access to facilities
