652 E Monmouth St, Winston-Salem, NC 27107 Novant Health is seeking an Spanish speaking Medical Interpreter/Cultural Ambassador to perform a variety of interpretation, translation, and customer service duties to help create a remarkable patient experience for non-English-speaking patients. This Cultural Ambassador role is Fulltime role with scheduled hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Join a remarkable team where quality care meets quality service—every dimension, every time. Qualifications:
Education:

High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. BA or BS, preferred.

Experience:

One year of relevant experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

NBCMI, preferred.

Additional Skills Required:

Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing and the ambassador onboarding program. Successfully complete departmental oral and written translation assessment. Ability to drive/travel to multiple facilities/locations as needed.

Additional Skills Preferred:

Successful completion of medical terminology training within 1 year of hire. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations, facilities as needed.
