Category Schools – Sign Language Interpreter Job Type Contract Exciting opportunities are available for skilled professionals specializing in communication access within educational settings. This contract position focuses on providing tailored support to students in a K-12 environment, enhancing their learning experiences through effective interpretation.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter Preferred EIPA score of 3.5 or higher (other scores will be considered) Previous experience working in K-12 settings, particularly with special education students Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educational staff and students Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
