Category Schools – Sign Language Interpreter Job Type Contract Soliant is seeking skilled and dedicated Educational/ASL Interpreters for full-time, onsite positions for the 2025-2026 school year. If you’re a qualified interpreter passionate about student success, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday |
Onsite Hours:
29-35 hours/week (based on caseload) In-person interviews only Responsibilities include: Interpreting classroom instruction, conversations, and announcements Supporting comprehension of abstract/technical concepts Assisting during parent meetings and student-family interactions School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in both English and American Sign Language EIPA score of at least 3.5 (Required) Strong communication skills and ability to interpret technical/academic content Prior school-based interpreting experience preferred
