DNTL Provider Contracting Job Summary:
The Client is seeking a Provider Contracting Representative to support a special field recruitment initiative in the dental provider network . This is a hybrid position requiring both in-field visits to dental offices and remote work. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Philadelphia, PA , possess reliable high-speed internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite), and have a secure home workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit dental providers to join the network through in-person visits and follow-up outreach Prepare visit plans and materials for targeted provider engagement in designated areas Negotiate discounts and contracts with dental providers Process provider paperwork and update internal systems accurately Maintain detailed records and document all communications with prospective providers Build strong relationships with dental offices and present the benefits of joining the network Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Adapt quickly to shifting business needs and project assignments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Field sales/recruitment experience highly preferred Intermediate to advanced computer skills , including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication Excellent phone etiquette for outbound/inbound provider calls Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Experience in sales, relationship management , or provider engagement Must be able to work uninterrupted from a secure home office Hard-wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in or with dental offices Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Experience using CRM or provider contract management systems Familiarity with healthcare or insurance industry a plus
Technical Requirements:
No satellite internet; Wi-Fi is not acceptable Candidate must be able to set up and troubleshoot computer equipment Equipment will be provided but must be supported by reliable internet
Work Environment:
Hybrid position : Work from home when not in the field Mileage reimbursed for all approved field travel Must be fully available during business hours (especially during the 3-week training period)
