Key Responsibilities:
Provide written and verbal translation between Japanese and English. Deliver administrative support to Japanese and U.S. staff as needed. Assist with
ISO 9001
2000 training and facilitate onboarding and training for Japanese associates. Support understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures among Japanese employees. Coordinate travel arrangements for Japanese management. Prepare and manage documentation for Japanese employees on assignment in the U.S. Assist with housing logistics and family-related matters, such as school enrollment, training programs, and business-related appointments. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of translation experience is a plus. Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese and English. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications in both English and Japanese. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Well-organized with good problem-solving abilities.
