Sound and Lighting Technician TopHands Birmingham, AL 35203 TopHands (by Tour Collective) is a production company that provides stagehands and event labor to artists, production managers, event managers, or any company needing to staff their live event. You may work an event for one of country music’s biggest nights. Or help set up the audio and video production for a local concert. Or you may be asked to assist with the load-in and load-out of a major sporting event.
