Overview Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General A/V / Stagehand / Lighting Technician to join our production team. This position involves supporting a variety of live events including concerts, corporate functions, conferences, and theatrical productions. The ideal candidate has experience in audio-visual equipment, stage setup, lighting systems, and working in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and breakdown of staging, audio, video, and lighting equipment. Operate lighting, sound, and video systems during events as needed. Load and unload gear, ensuring proper handling and safety. Run cables, hang lights, rig equipment, and ensure proper power distribution. Troubleshoot and maintain A/V and lighting equipment. Follow event production schedules and work collaboratively with other crew members. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on and off stage. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
Prior experience in live event production, stagehand work, or A/V and lighting systems preferred. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or lifts. Comfortable working long or irregular hours, including nights and weekends. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Technical knowledge of lighting consoles (e.g., ETC, GrandMA), audio mixers, and projection systems a plus. Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.

OSHA 10/30
Certification Experience with DMX and networking for lighting systems Familiarity with event production software and tools
