Hclcox -Field Technician Barrister Global Services Network INC Macon, GA  Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits.  Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of equipment on laptops and desktops.  Diagnose errors or technical issues and identify appropriate solutions.  Produce detailed and timely service reports.  Document processes and procedures.  Adhere to company protocols and field procedures.  Operate vehicles safely and use field automation systems.  Collaborate with the technical team and share information.  Build and maintain positive customer relationships.  Comprehend customer requirements and provide recommendations.  Perform basic hardware repairs for major brand equipment. Additional Information  Service events are on-site at commercial locations (offices, retail), with occasional residential clients.  Technicians are required to return unused or broken parts using a prepaid shipping label.
