Job Summary This position is a regular, part-time, non-benefited position. It will average between 350 to 400 hours per calendar year. Managing student workers for Box Office and Front of House Managing student workers for Technical and Production Services Responsibility of the Townsend Center physical infrastructre and technical systems during events Operation of Theatrical Systems by industry standards: Fly System, Lighting, Sound, Staging, Orchestra Lift Maintaining the safety of all patrons, clients and student workers. Life Safety, Fire Code and OSHA Working Knowledge of ADA Law, Patron Concerns and Rights ‘ Addressing Phycial Environment Locking and unlocking the building ‘ securing the spaces after event is over Handling patron and/or client issues/needs Communication with the full-time staff Knowledge of ticketing system ‘ Patron Manager and SalesForce Experience with Retail Sales Environment Ticket Sales ‘ Standard Operating Procedures Working Knowledge of ADA Law, Patron Concerns and Rights ‘ Addressing Phycial Environment Working Knowledge of PCI compliance in a sales environment Responsibilities

Clear and quick thinker, able to work in a a crisis or emergency situation such as a patron health emergency, inclement weather, or physical assault.
