Assistant Lighting Technician / General Labor Red River Lights, LLC Shreveport, LA 71101 We’re Hiring! Assistant Lighting Tech Join the crew at Red River Lights and help us bring landscapes to life! We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Technician to install and service low-voltage landscape lighting systems. You’ll train on the job alongside a seasoned Crew Chief — no experience in lighting needed, just a great attitude and willingness to learn! What You’ll Be Doing:
Installing and servicing stunning low-voltage lighting systems Trenching wire and installing fixtures & transformers Swapping bulbs and maintaining beautiful lighting designs Working closely with the team to meet production goals Keeping the shop and trailer organized and efficient Applying your training in real-time Showing up ready and reliable, every day
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable working on ladders Willing to work outdoors year-round — heat, rain, or cold! Quick to adapt and switch tasks on the fly Sharp attention to detail Takes pride in their craft
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with hand/power tools Background in construction, landscaping, electrical, or service work High school diploma (vocational/technical training = a big plus!)
