BBT Fitness is looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and results-driven Streaming Coordinator to lead and grow BBT PushPlay —our exciting new digital streaming platform that brings fitness, community, and entertainment to audiences worldwide. What is BBT PushPlay? BBT PushPlay is BBT Fitness’s digital arm, delivering live-streamed classes, on-demand content, and original fitness media. From intense weekend workouts to dance fitness, yoga, and recovery, PushPlay connects people through movement, music, and motivation—anytime, anywhere. As Streaming Coordinator, you’ll oversee every part of the streaming experience—from setting up live broadcasts to curating content and executing marketing campaigns. You’ll be the engine that powers the platform and helps it grow. What You’ll Do Live Streaming & Technical Execution Manage live streaming of BBT Weekendz and weekday classes Ensure smooth operation, quality streaming, and timely rebroadcasts Troubleshoot live audio/video issues in real-time Monitor stream health using system tools and dashboards Content & Platform Management Upload and update content, thumbnails, and artist pages Manage metadata: titles, tags, descriptions, and links Organize playlists, drop schedules, and on-demand sessions Coordinate uploads to platforms like YouTube, Vevo, and other DSPs Marketing, Sales, & Growth Strategy Lead promotional campaigns to drive viewership and subscriptions Set lead generation targets and sales goals Support playlist pitching and curator outreach Analyze platform data and provide performance reports Distribute and organize marketing assets and campaign materials Partner & Streamer Coordination Onboard streamers and provide tech support Collaborate with the fitness and media team for seamless execution Manage live event schedules and create backup plans Help talent and streamers optimize for performance and visibility Schedule & Time Commitment You’ll be expected to stream the following sessions weekly: BBT Weekendz Streaming Schedule (Friday-Sunday):

10 AM•7 PM BBT Weekday Streaming Schedule (Monday-Thursday):

6:15 PM & 8:15 PM You’d Be a Great Fit If You… Know how to operate live stream tech, troubleshoot audio/video, and edit basic content Have experience with YouTube, Twitch, Vevo, or other DSPs Understand digital marketing and lead generation Love staying on top of streaming trends and platform updates Can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment Are passionate about fitness, digital media, and community
